Mr Andres Sutt, Member of the Estonian Parliament, delivered a keynote about European competitiveness and Estonia’s digital transformation. As Estonians can access 99% of government services without leaving their homes, and Estonia introduced its first AI strategy already in 2010 when GPTs were still an unknown force, it’s safe to say that Estonia is leading Europe in digitalization and digital entrepreneurship. Mr. Sutt pointed out in his keynote that while we are encountering some of the most significant challenges in recent history, AI offers the greatest opportunity of this century. He believes that Europe should aim to be the leading user, innovator, and adopter of AI as a powerful tool, which will require a greater willingness to take risks. He stressed that AI is a key driver for growth and improved living standards.
Additionally, Jens Ulbrich, Head of the Central Department of Economics at the Federal Bank of Germany, provided insights with his keynote into economic forecasts and policy measures that could influence the future of the German and European economies.
The evening kicked off with an exclusive guided tour of the Porsche Museum, showcasing the brand’s storied history.
