We're looking for an Analyst / Project Manager to join our team

What you’ll be doing

Interested in building systems intersecting machine learning, software engineering and of course, humans themselves? As an analyst / project manager you would be at the intersection of product, engineering, management and delivery. We see a future where the arduous is increasingly automated, leaving more room for humans to deal with the creative. Building this future requires intersectional teams of data scientists, software engineers, architects and analysts of various flavours. At MindTitan, in the centre of these teams is the analyst / project manager, who, with the help of some really smart people, provides the direction and manages the execution. The job can be thought of as 80% project management, 20% product analysis.

Your tasks will include

Defining, developing and prioritizing the product backlog based on our clients needs and possible technical solutions
Defining the best solutions along with our lead data scientists and ML architects
Managing the delivery of several machine learning based software engineering and product development projects.
Leading a team of software engineers, data scientists and machine learning engineers
Monitoring and measuring the progress and team efficiency
Analyzing and clearing any operational, technical or product blockers over the course of a project
Ensuring the project progress and plans are tracked and visible through documentation and communication

What qualities and skills we’re looking for

Conscientious, thorough and dutiful
Passionate about project management and delivery
Enjoy going into details until there is complete clarity
Practical knowledge and experience with the main agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
3+ years of experience in managing software projects
Experience creating and fostering a collaborative team environment
Fluent in Estonian and English
Higher education, preferably in a computer science related or technical major
