Identifying the proper process to be enhanced with machine learning may be challenging for business people.

To define an ML use case, business leaders will require the assistance of:

1) A machine learning team who concludes if and how to proceed with the problem enhancement;
2) The problem owner who knows the issue;
3) A technical expert who understands how the problem, described by the problem owner, can be connected with the technological world.

Usually, the client collects data as it is connected to the peculiar business problem to be solved. However, we help as much as possible, especially if it is a data source we have worked with.

The client should do labeling if it requires domain knowledge.
It can be outsourced to a 3rd party.
Hybrid options are also available.

In all cases, we consult on proper labeling and conduct training and guidelines tailored to a specific ML task.

It depends on the case, as it can be an hourly or project-based fee. Our hourly fee is in the range of 90 – 120 EUR per hour.
