Estonia supports its start-ups
Enterprise Estonia supports MINDTITAN from the European Regional Development Fund in the period 01.09.2020 – 31.08.2022 with the project EU60265 “Customer service automation solution”.
The main goal of the project is to fully automate different support channels into one solution. This will eliminate the need to use different service providers and enables the implementation of different AI solutions throughout the company. To achieve this a machine learning is applied in various stages of development.
The total cost of the project is 448 000 euros (four hundred and forty-eight thousand), of which 45% will be covered by the European Regional Development Fund.
